How we work with recruiters<\/b><\/p>\n

Recruiting can be time-consuming for companies like ours. We’re happy to work with recruiters if it makes our lives easier. However, experience has shown that this is not always the case. We’re keen to avoid getting bombarded with unnecessary calls, so we ask that you read the rules for working with us below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please don\u2019t think we\u2019re rude or difficult to work with (we’re not), but we don’t have the time or capacity to manage agencies that don’t want to work with us in this way.<\/span><\/p>\n

The process<\/b><\/p>\n

Please don\u2019t call us, unless it has been previously arranged by Buyapowa. Any unsolicited callers will be referred to this page. Note: unsolicited calls are a fast way to make sure we won’t work with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don’t lie to us. Don’t phone and say you know us when you don’t. And please don’t tell the person answering the phone a different story to the one you tell the person you’re trying to reach.<\/span><\/p>\n

All positions are advertised on our Jobs Page. If it’s not listed here, we’re not currently recruiting for the role.<\/span><\/p>\n

Only submit candidates via our Jobs Page. If you feel you have a candidate who is an outstanding fit for a role we have listed, please submit as a candidate would, except use your email \/ phone number instead of the candidate’s. We require their name to determine whether they’ve already applied for the role. If this is the first time you have worked with Buyapowa, please also include your company’s terms and commission schedule in the field marked anything else you want to tell us. Submitting via this process is the only way to be added to our applicant tracking system. If you have multiple candidates, they each need to be uploaded – one at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our promise to recruiters<\/b><\/p>\n

We will reach out to you if you follow the steps above, and if we are interested in your candidate. If you don’t hear back from us, please assume we’re not interested in them. If the team feels like you have a clear understanding of our requirements then we’ll aim to give you feedback for candidates who aren’t exactly what we’re looking for, and we’ll add you to our list of preferred suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n

We won’t discount candidates who come via recruiters, but we will discount recruiters with terms that are not at market rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

We won’t work on any exclusive or retainer basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do pay competitive salaries for top candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agencies\/recruiters not following these rules will be blacklisted. Equally, agencies\/recruiters who stand out will be recommended to other organisations with which we work.<\/span><\/p>\n
